SETS was invited to deliver expert sessions for a three-day RUSA-sponsored Skill Development Program (SDP) on Cybersecurity from 15-17 December 2025 organized by the Department of ECE, Anna University, CEG Campus. Ms. A. Suganya, Scientist G, inaugurated the program as the Chief Guest and addressed the participants on recent developments in cybersecurity in India. Mr. Hari Prasad R, Scientist D, delivered sessions on Basics of Cybersecurity and Cryptography (Day 1) and Wireless Cybersecurity – Global Case Studies (Day 2). He also briefed the participants on internship opportunities at SETS. Mr. A. Arun Kumar, Project Scientist, handled sessions on Signal Intelligence and Software Defined Radios (SDRs) on Day 1 and delivered a demonstration-based session on RF Jamming and Cyber Attacks on Day 2. On Day 3, Ms. B. Bala Aishwarya, Project Associate, conducted a hands-on/demo session on Common Wi-Fi Attacks. The three-day program was an engaging initiative aimed at equipping students with practical knowledge and the right skill sets required to address emerging cybersecurity challenges.
